CANTON -- The Spring Library Assistants Conference is at SUNY Canton Thursday, April 14. Presentations include "Dealing with Difficult People," be they library clients or co-workers, and "Technology Roundup," discussion about computers, laptops, netbooks, tablets, smartphones, Android, Mac, Ebook readers, cloud computing, 3D, Net Neutrality, new Internet access options, and more.
The first session is at 9 a.m., and the last general event is a tour of the college’s Southworth Library at 2 p.m. The cost is $15.
