MASSENA – North Country “Know your Rights” training on utility consumer rights is being held at Massena Public Library on Tuesday, May 21, at 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
The training is co-hosted by New York’s Public Utility Law Project, which advocates on behalf of residential energy and telecom consumers, with an emphasis on those with low and fixed incomes.
The event is also hosted by the North Country Energy Task Force and Community Conversation on Poverty.
