GOUVERNEUR —A children’s music and play program, “Kidz Bounce,” will be offered every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at the Gouverneur Community Center, 4673 NY 58.
The program will include children’s songs, musical games and theatre arts, including stretching, meditation, low-high intensity aerobic workout and mime.
Individualized instruction for ages 4-7 years will be from 6-6:20 p.m. Instruction for ages 8-16 years is 6:30-6:50 p.m.
Admission is $5 per child, or $10 for two or more siblings. Those who donate new and gently used long-sleeved and short-sleeved single-colored t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants & boxer shorts to the center will receive an additional Kidz Bounce prize ticket.
