GOUVERNEUR — The 5th annual Johnny’s Ride, a motorcycle ride in memory of Johnny Washburn, will be held Saturday, Aug. 20.
Kickstands will be up at 10 a.m. at the Gouverneur American Legion. Stops are planned at Doug’s Tavern, Bella Brooke, Ella’s on the Bay, The Sports Page, John Hoover Inn and McNikki’s Time Out Lounge.
Riders will meet back at the Legion at 5 p.m. Sign up at the Legion on Aug. 19 from 5-8 p.m., or Aug. 20 from 8-10 a.m. Cost is $20 per bike.
There will be a 50/50 raffle and prizes.
Chicken barbecue starts at 1 p.m. which is included with the signup fee.
All proceeds go to Mills Park Playground.
