CANTON – A benefit jamboree for Shammy Warren Robinson, Russell, will begin at noon Sunday, Jan. 22 at the Edward C. Seymour VFW Post 1231, 34 Gouverneur St.
Shammy is undergoing treatment for Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Proceeds will help the family offset medical and travel expenses.
Donations will be taken at the door. The event will feature raffles, live music, a Chinese auction, and food and drink for sale.
Anyone wishing to donate an item for the auction, or a monetary contribution, should contact Joan Dox at 379-9643.
