CANTON -- The Howl Grand Story Slam, organized by North Country Public Radio and the Adirondack Center for Writing, will be held Saturday, Dec. 14 at 7 p.m. at the Gulick Theatre at St. Lawrence University.
The event will feature regional winners of story slams held throughout the year competing as they tell true, personal stories.
The theme of the grand story slam event will be announced after the final local story slam is finished. Stories will be up to 8 minutes. No notes and the stories must be the storytellers to tell.
Tickets for the grand story slam open at 5:30 p.m. the night of the event and cost $10 if purchased in advance on NCPR.org or $15 at the door.
