People dealing with chronic disease often face pain, stress, tension, depression, and other condition-specific symptoms each day. The ‘I Can Feel Better’ program focuses on helping patients understand how they can break that cycle.
Equipping participants with a “toolbox of knowledge” helps them overcome symptoms. The program also helps individuals develop short-term action plans so they can break down their goals into smaller, more doable steps. It is possible to learn to self-manage conditions to live as full a life as possible. The ‘I Can Feel Better’ program can help.
Pre-registration is required by contacting Linda Caamaño at the Health Initiative, 261-4760 x230 or at linda@gethealthyslc.org
