CANTON – Cornell Cooperative Extension is hosting “Fun with Fermentation: Vegetable Transformation” a hands-on food preservation class in the Harvest Kitchen at the Extension Learning Farm Thursday Oct. 17, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at 2043 State Highway 68 Canton.

Fermentation is a delicious and nutritious way to safely preserve seasonal vegetables.
