GOUVERNEUR – The lineup of performers for the fifth annual Summer Concert Series at Riverview Park pavilion has been announced, beginning with Mike White and Dale Streeter Sunday, June 26.

All concerts are held on Sundays from 4 to 6 p.m., rain or shine. They are free to the public, but donations are welcome.

• July 3: The Revolution - classic rock music for the younger crowd, and a chance to celebrate high school graduation.

• July 10: String Folk - superb country and folk music performed by Rensselaer Falls finest.

• July 17: Amber Nezezon - She will be fiddling her way into your hearts. Amber will have guest performers as well.

• July 24: The Essotiericks - The eclectic Harrisville and Gouverneur band will play 50’s and 60’s and 70’s folk, rock and pop songs for your enjoyment.

• July 31: Gouverneur Idol - A chance to see some of Gouverneur’s finest singers giving their best for the crowd. Everyone will have a good time watching our talented neighbors perform.

• Aug. 7: Matune Creek - This Gouverneur group is ready to give you the best in folk music. The McAdam family members fill out this group.

• Aug. 14: Barb Heller - This well known NPR radio personality is also a talented musician who will entertain one and all. A bit of sing along as well.

• Aug. 21: Casey Street Shuffle - A new band to the series this year, they excel in Irish, English and Scottish folk music.

• Aug. 28: Mike White and Dale Streeter - Mike and Dale will bring us on home with some fine county and folk music to end the summer.
