GOUVERNEUR — Gouverneur Community Chorus is staging “A Journey to Hope: A Cantata Inspired by Spirituals” by Joseph M. Martin at First United Methodist Church, 34 Grove St., (across from the Post Office) on Sunday, April 2, 4 p.m.
The chorus will blend with piano, flutes, clarinet, trumpets, euphonium, percussion and keyboard strings under direction of Dr. Donald Schuessler Jr.
The church is handicapped accessible.
Concert is free.
