GOUVERNEUR — Greater Gouverneur Chamber of Commerce will honor Attorney Charles A. Gardner as the recipient of 2023's Chamber of Commerce Award of Merit at the 113th annual chamber banquet on May 3 at Gouverneur Elks Club. Social hour at 6 p.m. and ham dinner at 7 p.m.
