SOUTH COLTON – Friends of Higley Flow State Park will hold a Winter Weekend Friday through Sunday, Jan. 28-30.

Happening all weekend: Community Ski Challenge! Skiers note their distance to see how far we can ski collectively.

Saturday: At noon, Ermines Youth Ski Club equipment swap; 1 to 2:30 p.m. Ermines Youth Ski Club lessons; 1 to 3 p.m. Campfire near the kiosk, bring your own marshmallows and hot dogs.

Sunday: 1 to 3 p.m. Campfire, bring your own goodies.; 1:30 to 3 p.m. Adult ski lessons.
