POTSDAM — In response to the ongoing challenges and social isolation brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Potsdam Interfaith Community continues its monthly series of online learning opportunities.
This month, the public is invited to a hands-on cooking class, “Cooking with Laini,” led by Laini Kavaloski of Congregation Beth El in Potsdam via Zoom on Sunday, January 17 at 4 p.m.
The class is free and open to everyone.
Kavaloski will show participants how to make and serve up a pot of Marak Kubbeh Adom, a Kubbeh beet soup.
