CANTON — The free class TAUNY Cooks: Sourdough Bread with Kathy Montan with Saturday, Nov. 12, from 12-1 p.m. at the TAUNY Center.
This will be a demonstration with questions answered and not a formal workshop.
It is free to attend, though donations are always welcome.
Kathy will have sourdough starter ($2 per jar) and slices of bread available as takeaways while supplies last.
