PARISHVILLE – A five-mile walk-a-thon sponsored by the AMVETs ladies auxiliary 265, to benefit Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley, the Potsdam Animal Shelter, and Paws with a Cause, will be held Saturday, Sept. 18, beginning at the AMVETs post on Catherine Street, with registration at 9 a.m., and the walk starting at 9:30 a.m.
Registration is $10. Sponsor sheets may be picked up at the post.
