CANTON — The St. Lawrence County Public Health Department is hosting a first dose COVID-19 (Pfizer) vaccine clinic for adolescents ages 12-17 with an accompanying parent or legal guardian only.
It will be on Saturday, May 22 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the St. Lawrence University Leithead Field House, by appointment only.
If a child is not accompanied by a parent/legal guardian, the Parental Consent Form must be filled out.
