NORFOLK – A family-friendly dance party will be held at the Hepburn Library of Norfolk on Saturday, March 25, from 2-4 p.m.

Family-friendly music with laser lights, punch and cookies will be offered.

The library is asking attendees to consider making a $5 donation per family to go towards supporting the Norfolk Bicentennial
