POTSDAM – Before attending its annual Baroque Concert on Sunday, Feb. 13 at 3 p.m., The Orchestra of Northern New York invites you to enjoy a pre-concert European buffet lunch at Potsdam’s Maxfields Restaurant, 5 Market St.

Reserve your place at Maxfields, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., by calling 267-3251, or visit www.onny.org. Tickets are $30 for adults, $20 for students, and children five and under are free.

The menu includes Court of St. James roast beef with a wild mushroom demi-glaze, Greenwich loin of pork with roasted tomatoes and fennel, eggplant piccata with lemon and capers, roasted potatoes, turnips, golden beets, and fennel with garlic and herb butter, garden vegetable salad with balsamic vinaigrette, freshly baked rolls, decadent chocolate cake, and coffee and tea. The bar will be available for purchase of additional beverages.

The concert will feature Handel’s spectacular Water Music. This brilliant ceremonial music from the Baroque era, performed in a traditional setting, will leave you feeling like royalty. The performance is Sunday, 3 p.m., February 13, at St Mary’s Church in Potsdam.
