CANTON – The E.J. Noble Guild’s fourth annual “Night on the Town” will go Las Vegas-style Friday, June 17, at Eben Holden, St. Lawrence University, complete with an Elvis impersonator, a magician and plenty of auction items to gamble your bids on.

Tickets for $75 will buy a night out on the town with fine dining and entertainment.

The evening will start off with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 6 p.m. while mingling with “Elvis” (a.k.a. Paul Warren, an Elvis impersonator from Ottawa).

A sit-down dinner will be served at 7 p.m. During dessert, the live auction will be held.

A sneak preview of items include four Ottawa Senators tickets, two tickets to Sarah McLachlan at the NAC Gala, an outdoor patio set, a kids backyard campout package, and a ride to school on a fire truck for your child.

Those who don’t have the winning bid on these items will still have a chance to win a prize at their tables.

Starting at 9 p.m. local rock and roll band Six Foot Midget will be onstage.

Mentalist Richard Tenace of Potsdam will also be circulating the room throughout the evening performing close-up magic.

Throughout the evening, attendees may bid on many silent auction items.

Some items include gift baskets with themes such as gardening, children’s craft supplies, cigars, wine, lottery tickets, and jewelry.

Funds raised will go toward the new Cancer Center underway at Canton-Potsdam Hospital. For tickets, contact mhealey3@me.com.
