POTSDAM – The Clarkson Ballroom Dance Club, in partnership with the St. Lawrence County Arts Council, will offer six weeks of swing dance instruction for couples starting Saturday, March 31.
These introductory East Coast swing lessons will start with basic steps and progress to more challenging and exciting moves over a six-week period. Each class will begin with an hour of instruction on swing moves and steps, with a half hour at the end of class to practice the new moves. The class will meet Saturday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m., March 31 through May 5 in room 230 at Downtown Snell Hall, 41 Elm St. No swing dancing experience is necessary.
