CANTON -- The fifth year of the complimentary summer series in tai chi sponsored by St. Lawrence Health Systems is now underway.
This complimentary program runs for four weeks at the Canton Farmers Market on Aug. 14, 21 and 28 and the Potsdam Farmers Market on Aug. 15, 22 and 28.
Tai chi is appropriate for all ages and is a healthy and fun activity for the whole community.
All participants are required to socially distance and wear protective face masks.
