CANTON: The Office for the aging is hosting the first of two Cyber Seniors classes on smartphones and tablets today from 2:30-4 p.m. at the St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES, 40 W. Main St. The classes are taught by St. Lawrence University students. Classes are free to those 60 and older with little or no knowledge, as well as those who want to gain more knowledge of tablets, smartphones and computers. Classes are offered in I & II part sessions, so registration will be for 2 classes to be sure topics are covered fully; second class meets Thursday, March 7. You must bring your own tablet or smartphone. Preregister by calling the Office for the Aging 315-386-4730.
