GOUVERNEUR – The Gouverneur Chamber of Commerce/Farmers Market will sponsor the 4th annual Oktoberfest in the Village Park Saturday, Oct. 8, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
There will be a chili cook-off along with an apple pie baking contest, a scarecrow building contest, many vendors, German food, games for kids, and a live band "Homegrown Country."
There will also be wine tasting and a beer wagon.
