Continuing in October are:
• Community Yoga: Saturdays 9-10 a.m. Basic Hatha class for all levels of ability. A good beginning class. $5/class. No pre-registration required. Taught alternately by Ellen Beeler and Shannon Miller.
• Hatha Yoga: Thursdays 5-6:30 p.m. Meditative warm-up, an energetic sequence of classic yoga postures, and guided relaxation to bring deep stress relief. Safely build strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. 6-class card $66, 12-class card $110. Drop-in $15 Student/Low-income rate: $60/$100/$12. Beginners welcome.
• 50+ Yoga: Mondays 4:30-6 p.m. and Wednesdays 10:30 a.m.-noon. For men and women in mid-life who are in reasonably good health. Flowing sequence to stretch and exercise the whole body. • Yoga Happy Hour: Fridays 5-6 p.m. De-stress from the week, energize for the weekend. An hour of Hatha Yoga suitable for all levels of experience. Drop-in only, $10/class.
