CANTON — The Canton Yoga Loft will present the first in a series of winter “Yoga Flow with Live Music” special Friday night classes, “Yoga Flow with the Caramelo Trio!” on Friday, Jan. 6, at 6-7 p.m at the Yoga Loft studio at 21 Miner St.
Taught by Sarah Scafidi-McGuire, this will be a lively and meditative yoga flow class, with live music by the Caramelo Trio, “A Sound Tapestry South of the Border!”

Class size is limited, $15 per person.
Special “Yoga Flow with Live Music” classes are also planned for Friday, Feb. 10, 6-7 p.m., with the McKennas as the featured musicians, and on Friday, March 10, 6-7 p.m, with featured musician Len Mackey.
The Canton Yoga Loft is a nonprofit organization dedicated to health and wellness and ongoing community service.
