POTSDAM – The Canton Rotary Club will host a Food-for-Food Charity Dinner to benefit the Canton Church and Community Food Pantry Wednesday, March 7 at 6 p.m. at the 1844 House, NYS Hwy. 11.
The menu includes a choice of vichyssoise or petit organic green salad; Dijon-herb encrusted Atlantic salmon, ragout de boeuf au vin rouge en patisserie, poulet au blanquette or chevre and leek tart; and strawberries Grand Marnier or dark chocolate mousse.
The cost is $70 per person including tax and tip.
A cash bar will be available.
