CANTON – A benefit dinner for cancer patient and Heuvelton freshman Travis Gilbert will be held Sunday, Nov. 13, at the Best Western University Inn with cocktails at 5:30 p.m. and dinner at 6 p.m.
The meal will include sweet potato soup, spring mixed salad with grilled butternut squash, pork loin with cherry-Cabernet sauce and maple glazed chicken breast, duchess potatoes with bacon and chives, broccoli florets and Crasin white chocolate mousse bombs.
There is also a kids’ menu available for ages 12 and under. There will also be a silent auction.
