POTSDAM — The Robert J. Freego Amvets Post 282, 6771 U.S. Highway 11, is hosting an open house Friday, Nov. 11, from 3-5 p.m.

The VA will be on site to help issue ID cards to those who are eligible. The Sons are having a pork loin dinner starting at 5 p.m. for all veterans.

All veterans interested in enjoying the dinner must RSVP by Nov. 1 by calling (315) 261-4764 or stop by the post to ensure there is enough food for everyone to enjoy.
