POTSDAM – The book discussion group sponsored by the St. Lawrence County Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) will be discussing The Cat’s Table by Michael Ondaatje Wednesday, March 14 at noon at the Potsdam Public Library.
In Ondaatje’s best novel since his Booker Prize winning The English Patient, he narrates the story of an 11-year old boy on a sea voyage from Ceylon to London in 1950.
The book for discussion next month, April 11, will be The Paris Wife by Paula McLain.
For more information, call the library at 265-7230.
The public is invited and a brown bag lunch is encouraged.
