NORWOOD - AARP's St Lawrence County Chapter 2831 is having its monthly luncheon Aug. 23 at the Lobster House. Guest presenter is Barb McBurnie, President of NYS Chapter Senior Action Council.
McBurnie will cover How to Read your Medicare Summary Notice (MSN) and Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
She will also talk about the Senior Medicare Patrol and how to prevent fraud as well as a review of six types of Medicare fraud.
