POTSDAM — The 8th Annual Potsdam Haunted Infirmary will be held Friday, Oct. 28 and Saturday, Oct. 29, from 7-11:30 p.m. at Clarkson Hall, 59 Main St.
Tickets for the event, hosted and organized by the Clarkson University Students Without Borders physician assistants group, are $15.
This year there will be a movie showing and bake sale in the Hall’s reception area.
Cash and cards are accepted.
All guests younger than 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Not recommended for children under 10.
Proceeds from donations and ticket sales at the event will be used to buy medical supplies and medicine used for the group’s annual medical mission trip to Nicaragua.
Over the program's spring break from classes, first and second year students travel with medical supplies to provide health care to an underserved, impoverished part of Nicaragua.
During their last trip in 2019 over 670 patients were treated.
The group’s goal each year is to raise as much money as possible to help those in need.
