CANTON -- The 59th Annual Canton Canoe Weekend will be held on May 2 and 3.
The weekend event, held at Taylor Park on Miner Street Road in Canton, will feature the C-1 Pro Championship races sponsored by St Lawrence Health System along with a variety of other pro, amateur and recreational races.
There will also be an opportunity for paddlers to try out a variety of canoes, kayaks or stand-up paddleboards.
On Saturday, May 2 Canton FFA alumni will be on-site to cook chicken barbecue and music will be offered by DJ Double Dutch.
Dust off your canoe, kayak or SUP and come out and join in the fun. Come alone or bring your family and friends, whatever your skill or choice of watercraft, there is something for everyone.
