Rosemarie Jane Laforce and Scott Allen Miller of Madrid are pleased to announce their engagement. Rosemarie is the daughter of Elma Laforce, Massena, and the late Joseph Laforce. Scott is the son of Cheryl and Larry Miller, Madrid.

Rosemarie is employed by the St. Lawrence County Department of Social Services in Canton. Scott is employed by Sunmount, DDSO, in Norwood.
