Mr. and Mrs. Peter Bence of Norwood are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kathryn Lynn Bence, to Jason Alan Tracy of Apex, NC. Jason is the son of Mrs. and Mrs. Donald Tracy, Canton.

Kathryn is a 2003 graduate of Plattsburgh State University with a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice. She is presently employed at Animal Hospital at Brier Creek in Raleigh, NC.

Jason is a 2000 graduate of Clarkson University with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He is currently employed with Rea Contracting in Raleigh, NC.

The wedding will take place October 9, 2010.
