Jessica Lynn Saber and Ian Michael Vanier, 6390 CR 27, Canton, are engaged to be married in July 2012.

Jessica is the daughter of Carla Saber and Ronnie LaDuke, 3 Clarkson Ave., Massena, as well as James Saber in Canton. She is a 2010 SUNY Potsdam graduate with a BA in Early Childhood Education; a 2008 SUNY Canton grauduate with a liberal arts degree; and a 2005 Massena Central High School graduate. She is employed by SUNY Potsdam Child Care Center as a childcare provider. She is a graduate student at SUNY Potsdam majoring in special education.

Ian graduated from Franklin Academy High School in 2005; SUNY Canton in 2007 with an AAS in Criminal Justice; and BT Criminal Investigations from SUNY Canton in 2009. He is employed as a patrolman with the Ogdensburg City Police Dept.
