Jessica L. Murray and Matt J. Grant, both of Norwood, are engaged to be married.

Jessica is the daughter of Debbie and Don Murray of Norwood. She is a 2005 graduate of Norwood-Norfolk Central School and holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from SUNY Potsdam. She also holds a master’s degree from SUNY Potsdam. She is currently employed as a reading teacher at Colton-Pierrepont.

Matt is the son of Kathy and Charlie Robinson of Norfolk and Jim and Cindy Grant of Potsdam. He is a 2000 graduate of Norwood-Norfolk Central School. He is currently employed at the Massena railroad terminal and engineering department.

The couple is planning an Aug. 23 wedding at St. Andrews Church in Norwood.
