Caitlin Carrie Bush and Todd Allen Richards, both of Winthrop, are engaged to be married.

Caitlin is the daughter of Frank and Michelle Lucas, and the late George Bush, Jr. She is a 2008 graduate of Parishville-Hopkinton Central School and is currently employed at Mahoney's Auto Mall as a service advisor.

Todd is the son of Rolland and Eva Richards. He is a Parishville-Hopkinton graduate and is currently employed as a mechanic at LaValle Transportation.
