Brooke E. Fullerton and Andrew C. Moffitt, both of Potsdam, are engaged to be married.

Brooke is the daughter of Julie and Richard Green of Potsdam. She is a 2009 graduate of Colton-Pierrepont Central School. She is currently working as an assistant practitioner at SLNYSARC.

Andrew is the son of Steve Moffit, Potsdam and June Hitsman, Norfolk. He is a 2006 graduate of Potsdam Central School. He is currently employed as a laborer.

The couple plans to be married October 19, 2013.
