Patricia Lavine of Potsdam is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Amber M. O'Leary, 967 Old Potsdam-Parishville Road, Potsdam, to Christopher T. Vangellow, same address, son of Alex and Linda Vangellow, Hannawa Falls. Amber is also the daughter of the late Joseph O'Leary.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Parishville-Hopkinton Central School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Phoenix.
She is employed as a case manager for United Helpers SRO.
The groom is a 1999 graduate of Potsdam Central School. He is employed by Northern Music and Video, and is a musician and DJ on weekends.
An October 9, 2011 wedding is planned.
