CANTON – SeaComm recently made the fourth installment of a $25,000 pledge to the Canton College Foundation. The donation is part of the SeaComm Scholarship, which is awarded annually to a deserving student at the college.

“SUNY Canton plays an important role in shaping the minds of our region’s young people,” says SeaComm President and CEO Scott A. Wilson. “We are proud to support the college mission and the outstanding work they do to develop educated talent. The SeaComm scholarship will help to provide a valuable financial resource for committed students.”

“With the help of SUNY Canton Alumni and donors like SeaComm, the Canton College Foundation is able to provide advanced academic quality and build stronger support for student excellence,” a SeaComm press release said. “All gifts to the Canton College Foundation support the mission of SUNY Canton; to cultivate innovative partnerships, develop cutting-edge technologies, and enhance the quality of student life.”
