OGDENSBURG — SeaComm recently donated $1,000 to the Lights On The River organization.
The funds will be used to support the 11th Annual Lights On The River event, which takes place each December and allows families to enjoy holiday light displays along Lisbon Beach.
The proceeds from the event will help provide physical supplies and monetary donations to food pantries throughout St. Lawrence County.
