MASSENA – Northern Credit Union announced its new relationship center at 88 Parker Avenue in Massena, is now open.

Lobby hours are Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The new interior features two Advanced ATMs, allowing members to complete transactions without waiting for assistance, a designated business banking area for cash and coin needs, three smart offices to connect directly with lenders and advisors through secure video, and a conference room for mortgage and commercial loan closings.

In addition, there is a tablet-equipped waiting area, cozy fireplace, a children's play area and access to an automatic coin machine, night deposit box, and an interactive touchscreen kiosk for Credit Union resources and news.
