MASSENA -- The Massena Town Council will hold a special meeting Tuesday, Dec. 1 at 4 p.m. to make a recommendation for their Essential Air Service provider.
The meeting will be streamed on The Town of Massena Facebook page via Facebook Live.
Three airlines are bidding for the EAS contract to provide flights in and out of Massena International Airport. They are Cape Air, Southern Airlines and the current EAS provider, Boutique Air.
The board will make their recommendation to the US Department of Transportation, EAS division, which has the final say in who gets the contract.
