MASSENA – A business after-hours event sponsored by the Greater Massena Chamber of Commerce will be held Thursday, Oct. 21 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the American Legion Post 79, 40 E. Orvis St.

The theme of the event will be “A Holiday Gift Fair,” with local vendors presenting their gift products for both personal and business-to-business giving. “We want to give member businesses the opportunity to display their wares and take orders for the upcoming holiday season,” said Michael Gleason, executive director of the chamber. “The Chamber is here to promote economic growth in our area.”

The event is open to the public, but only businesses who are members of the chamber will be eligible to set up display booths. “This is one of the many benefits of belonging to the Chamber,” said Pres. Miriam Catapano.

In addition to the gift displays, the board of directors will also be formally recognizing the businesses that have sponsored events during the past year. The events have included the Bassmasters Tournament, Blues Bash, annual car show, Harvest Festival and Winter Carnival.

Admission is free and refreshments and a cash bar will be available. For more information or to RSVP, call 769-3525.
