MASSENA -- St. Lawrence Centre says it is changing management arrangements.
The Massena mall has transitioned from Jones Lang LaSalle, a third-party management company, to in-house management.
The management and marketing of St. Lawrence Centre will be conducted there for mall owners Carlyle St. Lawrence, LLC. Leasing services will be provided by Spinoso Real Estate Group.
Over the past year, mall management has systematically reorganized customer service, maintenance, security, operations, marketing and leasing.
In October, David Viola, formerly a general manager with Pyramid Companies, was named mall general manager.
Ronald Patnode, former general manager, is now specialty leasing/marketing manager.
