BRASHER FALLS -- Two blocks of North Main Street, with 14 individual businesses, offices and apartments in the heart of downtown, is for sale.
The property is listed for $1.4 million.
It includes a post office, a café and ice cream stand, a liquor store, hair salon, bottle redemption center, a library, an IT business, photography studio, medical center, physical therapy suite, storage unit, a two bedroom apartment, and the offices of St. Regis Realty. In addition, classes in physical activity such as Zumba, yoga, and martial arts are held regularly in the refurbished second floor space.
All businesses are currently rented.
“We need some new blood,” John Ward, president of St. Regis Realty, the investment consortium that oversees the property, said in a prepared statement. “We’ve had great success in creating a viable Main Street, but all of us think it’s time to attract new owners who will take what we’ve done to the next level.”
A meeting of interested investors is set for Saturday, June 22, 1 p.m. at the River View Restaurant, Route 11; a walk-through of the Main Street property is also scheduled at that time. Contact John Ward for more information: 315-389-5993 or 315-296-4575.
