NORWOOD -- Finen Maple Products at 529 Austin Ridge Road, owned by Maggie and Jim Finen, hosted their second annual Fall Foliage Festival to help raise money for the Warrior Fund at the Richard E. Winter Cancer Treatment Center in Ogdensburg.
The Warrior Fund, created by the Finens, supports those fighting a cancer battle help pay for travel, hotels, supplements, and other necessities that come with seeking treatment.
The festival drew almost 2,000 attendees and raised $2,142 for the fund.
To raise more money for the fund and to help patients undergoing cancer treatment, the Finens are planning a series of Breakfast with Santa events slated from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Dec. 14, 15, 21 and 22 at the sugarhouse.
