Longtime funeral director, James S. Francia has joined the staff of Donaldson Funeral Home, which has locations in Potsdam and Massena.Chad W. Green, owner of Donaldson Funeral Home in Massena and Donaldson-Seymour Funeral Home in Potsdam, along with directors Brendon J. Hardy, Glenn L. Seymour, and Brian T. Eddy, made the announcement.
Francia brings to the funeral home 15 years of experience in the funeral home industry with 8 years as a licensed funeral director. He has served communities in the North Country, particularly in Madrid, Waddington, and Massena at the Phillips Memorial Homes. “We look forward to James bringing his expertise, compassion, and commitment to the community to the families that have chosen us to assist them during death of their loved ones,” a press release from the funeral home said.
Donaldson Funeral Homes have served North Country communities since 1933 and currently offer funeral directors with over 80 years of combined funeral service experience.
