POTSDAM – Dr. Zeeba Siddiqi, an internal medicine specialist, has announced she is moving out of the area and will leave Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s PrimeCare primary health care center Dec. 10.
Siddiqi joined CPH in 2006. Wendy Wais, a certified family nurse practitioner, will remain to provide medical care in the center, at 12 Elm St.
Wais received her nurse practitioner education from Pace University in Pleasantville. She holds a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the Russell Sage College in Troy, and practiced in emergency medicine, hematology and oncology, and gastroenterology as well as general medicine before joining PrimeCare.
