POTSDAM -- Tanya Brothers of Brasher Falls is one of H&R Block's $1,000 winners this year.
Brothers went to the H&R Block office at 53 Market St. to pick up her check in the tax-return preparer's national promotion promising 1,000 $1,000 winners a day for 32 days this tax season.
Anyone who uses Block by Feb. 15 can be entered in the sweepstakes.
